Bookings and payments
Prices are in Canadian dollars. 5% GST applies and is included in the amount charged at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Online payments are processed by Square. Your card details go directly to Square; BOK does not store them. By paying you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you give us is true and complete.
Some services have their own booking rules, for example drop-off care must be booked 24 hours in advance, and parties require a non-refundable deposit. The rules shown at booking and the Party times and rules below form part of these Terms.
Availability and errors
We update our services, prices and schedules regularly. Despite our efforts, information on the Service may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We may correct errors and change information at any time without notice. If a booking was made at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before the visit and offer the correct price or a full refund.
Promotions
Contests, giveaways and other promotions may have their own rules. If those rules conflict with these Terms, the promotion rules apply. Promotions may be available for a limited time only.
Content you share
If you post, send or share content with us through the Service (for example reviews, messages or photos), you are responsible for it and confirm that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use, display and reproduce that content on the Service and our social media. You keep your rights to your content.
We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The Service may link to websites we do not control, such as Google, Instagram or Square. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Please read their terms and privacy policies.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, survive termination.
Liability and disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the extent permitted by law, BOK, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. You agree to indemnify BOK against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act (Alberta) or other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement. Activities at BOK are also covered by the waiver signed at booking.
If we do not enforce a right right away, we do not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
Privacy
We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and BOK about the Service.
