    What a wonderful space! We went for my daughters 3rd birthday and had an amazing time. The space was much larger than I had realized and so many activities for the kids. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They made it so easy for us by cleaning up throughout the party, getting the cake ready and just always checking in. The space was also very clean and everything looked brand new. Planning on going back for a work play visit during the week.

    I cannot say enough good things about BOK. As a space, it is really clean and joyful. We had my daughter’s fifth birthday party here, and it was a delight. The kids just had a ton of fun running around and being in the new, cool space. The food was great for the kids and the adults – the empanadas are so good.     BOK Cafe was an amazing place to host my son’s 2nd birthday! The entire staff were incredibly helpful through the entire journey – from planning, to set up, to hosting. Communication was great from start to finish – they know how to throw a kid’s party and have lots of great vendors you can leverage to help out with everything from balloons to decor. The food for the kids (and adults) was perfect and they even helped us cut and serve the cake! The place itself was super clean and the kids loved all the toys and different areas that were set up for them – especially the ball pit and lite-bright wall! Overall, the experience was seamless and everyone had such a great day! Thank you BOK Cafe team!

    It is a happy place! We celebrated our daughter’s 4th bday and both parents and kids had a blast! We arrived with a cake and balloons and Rocío and crew took care of everything. It is a lovely place, quite spacious and clean. The ball pit is a hit for kids and the coffee station is wonderful for parents. Totally recommend. The place is tucked in an alley on the Danforth but there is a sign and balloons that help guide.

The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was really smooth. The food especially the empanadas were amazing. Everyone loved the space!

      What are the party start times?

      Monday to Friday:

      • 5:00pm-7:00pm
      • 6:00pm-8:00pm

      Saturday & Sunday

      • 10:00am-12:00pm (option to add extra hour for $150.00 (9 am to 10 am))
      • 1:00pm-3:00pm
      • 4:00pm-6:00pm (option to add extra hour for $150.00 (6pm to 7pm))
      Is the deposit refundable?

      The cost of the deposit is $200+HST, to hold the date and time of your party.
      It is not-refundable.

      When is the full payment due?

      To secure your reservation, we kindly request that full payment is made at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled party date.

      Can I cancel my party and get a refund?
      • Less than 3 Weeks: In case of cancellations within the 3-week window leading up to your event, we offer reimbursement in the form of BOK credits, which you can utilize for future bookings.
      • More than 3 Weeks: Should you need to cancel your reservation more than 3 weeks in advance, we will process a refund for you. Please note that a processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

        Deposit is non-refundable.
      When can I arrive to set up the decorations?

      Hosts can enter maximum 15 mins prior to the party start time to decorate/set up.

      Can my guests arrive early?

      Guests will be warmly welcomed to BOK at the designated party start time.
      Their punctual arrival will ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the party from the very beginning.

      Do my guests need to bring indoor shoes/socks?

      For the comfort and hygiene of all attendees, we kindly request that all guests adhere to the policy of wearing socks. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

      What is the maximum capacity?

      The maximum capacity for guests is limited to 50 people.

      Are children under 1 year of age included in the total count?

      The count of children attending the party does not include those under 1 year of age.

      Is your space NUT-FREE?

      BOK is NOT A NUT-FREE ENVIRONMENT, we offer products containing NUTS that are not individually packaged. For your safety and the safety of your kids, please be aware that products at this location may contain or come in contact with PEANUTS, TREE NUTS or OTHER ALLERGENS.

      Can I bring outside food?

      Certainly! While you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, please note that the kitchen facilities at BOK cannot be utilized.

       

      How much time do I have after the party?

      The host family has a 15-minute window after the event to collect their personal belongings and leave the premises. Beyond this time frame, a fee of $75.00 will be incurred.
