      What is your staff-to-child ratio?

      Our staff-to-child ratio is 1:5 – one of the smallest one in the city!

      Can I cancel or reschedule?

      All cancellations made more than 30 days prior to camp start date may receive a refund minus the $100 non refundable deposit.

      Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date are NONREFUNDABLE.

      Can you accommodate special dietary requirements, ex. nut allergy?

      We are a nut-aware space, meaning that we discourage foods containing nuts, however we are not a nut-free environment, as some of our foods are manufactured in a facility that processes nuts.

      Can I transfer my enrollment to another child?

      Camp enrollments are non transferable. Camp spots cannot be given or transferred to another child, including siblings.

      Can I drop off my child earlier or pick up later?

      Daily camp hours are 9AM-12PM or 9AM-4PM. We do not offer early drop off or aftercare. Any late pickups after 4PM are subject to late fees.

      My child is younger than 4 years old. Can I still enroll?

      All campers must be 4 years old and up. Campers must have turned 4 years old by the start date of the camp.

      I want to enroll multiple children. Can you offer a discount?
